Making a purchase is simple, browse the products section and add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection click on "shopping basket" in the top left hand corner of site, you will then be asked to provide your shipping address and payment details which are required in order to complete the transaction.
We do not accept cash sent to us through the post and cannot be held responsible for any losses therewith.
Shipping And Handling:
We use Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx for UK and overseas delivery. Shipping rates are fully automated and calculated during the checkout process.
Please note that if there are no options available during the shipping method stage of checkout, then it is either because the item/s you have selected fall outside the weight categories or your country is not listed in the postal tariff. Please email
and state the destination country and the item/s you wish to purchase. A shipping quote will then be emailed to you.
For orders made from the UK the price that is shown in the cart is inclusive of VAT.
Orders going to international destinations pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Please note: SolReka is unable to provide estimates for any customs fees; check with your local customs office for more information.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds:
We are sure you’ll be delighted with your SolReka purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this website to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt, we will willingly refund the cost of the goods or organise an exchange. We recommend returns are sent back by recorded delivery, as SolReka Limited cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Always retain proof of posting. Return postage fees are to be paid for by sender.
If your parcel is being sent to a business address, to eliminate any confusion, please include the name of the business in the shipping address. If your parcel is returned to us, unfortunately we will have to charge for redelivery.
