Is Dec 21 2012 really the date for the End of the World? Why are so many stating that the end is nigh? What evidence is at hand to satisfy these claims that Dec 21 2012 really is the beginning of the end or perhaps the end of the beginning. Will the World really end?
Maybe 2012 will actually be a new dawning, a new Golden Age where humanity will become enlightened and thrive in the 5th Dimension.
When broaching the subject of Dec 21 2012, many people believe that followers of 2012 are simply crackpots, doomsday fantasists, or weirdos who are devoid of any common rationale. After all, look what happened to Y2K – nothing. So what should we be afraid of and what should we be looking out for as Dec 21 2012 draws ever nearer? Read more…

Particles travel in extra dimensions, and with hopeful anticipation, LHC may be able to shed some light on the big question…
We once thought we were at the centre of the Universe, and then we thought the Sun was. Eventually we realised we were just on the edge of billions of other galaxies. Soon we may have to accept that our 3rd dimension is just one of many multidimensional worlds.
We shouldn’t be asking the question; what happened at the point of the big bang, but Why did the big bang happen? Read more…
Will the Hadron Collider discover the God Particle (Higgs Boson) and give us a more thorough understanding of gravity? The Hadron Collider will be switched on in May 2008.
First we must ask – What is gravity and why is it so weak? – The weakest of the four elemental forces of the Universe. Could other Universes (branes) or extra dimensions affect the gravitational waves, which would explain its weakness?
Are we really stuck in a 3D Universe! If there more than 3 dimensions, could this explain why gravity is so weak? Quantum mechanics and the Hadron Collider certainly think so. Read more…
The worlds largest particle collider – The Hadron Collider (LHC) is encountering yet more delays. This time not by technical issues, but by the strong arm of the law – the US federal court of law.
Builders and contributors of the Hadron Collider, situated in France and Switzerland are being sued and taken to a federal court in the USA over fears that the experiment could create mini-black holes, strangelets, or even discover the Higgs-Boson particle (God particle) right here on Earth.
If black holes are created, then two Hawaii residents: – Wagner and Sancho who filed the lawsuit, believe that the Hadron Collider could ultimately destroy our planet.
Will this Lord of the Rings leviathan ever be switched on? Or, will the Hadron Collider which has cost over $8.2 billion US dollars to build, be one of the most costly mistakes the scientific community has ever embarked upon!
What do you think? Have you ever heard of one of the most magnificent devices mankind has ever created – the Hadron Collider? Is it really a doomsday device, or is it simply the next step in helping to understand our Universe! Share your thoughts.
New Scientist magazine adopts the view that the particle viewer is not a threat to Earth. Read more – Particle smasher ‘not a threat to the Earth’.
