I recently read an interesting article on the pros and cons of using solar power. Why is it, that whenever the term ‘solar power’ is used, companies such as the BBC discuss technologies which only use solar panels, photovoltaic cells, or solar thermal collectors.
Other applications of solar power include heliostats, solar chimneys, Stirling engines, and of course solar cooking.
(The SolReka solar oven is coming very soon – Contact me to receive a special discount, just enter SolReka discount in the title of your email).
Organisations such as the BBC should be broadcasting these alternative technologies on the same level they push the rather inefficient technologies of solar panels and wind turbines. It would certainly get a lot more people thinking more creatively and ‘outside the box’. Who knows maybe someone, somewhere could even have the answer to ‘free energy‘, or tapping into ZPE, the only hurdle they will ultimately encounter is that of the oil barons and the arduous task of educating the masses on the use of a free, alternative and viable technology using only the sun as the only energy source.
Here is the original link from the BBC – The pros and cons of solar power
Remember guys, the only limitation to conquering new horizons is our (conditioned) imagination. So let us free our minds, get thinking and start building those dreams.

This is a very interesting concept of harnessing the heat potential of solar to cook, I lived a small portion of my childhood in Australia a wide sun drenced land and often when you got into the car in summer you would comment ‘the car’s hot enough to cook {insert various venacular expressions) eggs” as the various parts of the car scorched you.
Loooks like you may have made that a reality.

There is all this hype regarding Global Warming (Global Dimming) and ‘they’ tell us to turn our mobile chargers off as if this will make some difference to the environment – yeah right…
We already have an abundance of free energy all around us, not only in the form of Zero Point Energy but more conveniently; solar power.
If central Australia had only 1% of it’s land covered with solar farms/heliostats then there would be enough energy to power thousands of homes. Solar farms / heliostats are definitely the way forward.
However… the trouble with such technology is that the oil cabals want to bleed us dry first with their oil regime, before offering such alternative energy sources as solar farms to the masses. The reason they suppress these technologies is simple. Once the infrastructure has been built, the cost of using such energy sources would be minuscule, ie low profit margins for the corporate fat cats.
The corporate money hungry regime sickens me, and in time with any luck the masses will finally stand up for their freedoms and realise that all is not what it appears to be in this Illuminati controlled world.

I have to be honest, I had no idea there were so many solar products out there, but ‘i’m really interested in finding out as much as possible about the alternatives.

Thank you very much for this information. I am busy doing a project on this and was desperately looking for good/bad comparisons!

Solar power even with its high presence remains a popular choice by many home owners. It is now an affordable option and coupled with the many rebates is achievable for most families within the surburban landscape.

one of many disadvantages of solar energy is:
The initial cost is the main disadvantage of installing a solar energy system, largely because of the high cost of the semi-conducting materials used in building one.
The efficiency of the system also relies on the location of the sun, although this problem can be overcome with the installation of certain components.
but there are some advantages also:
Solar Energy systems are virtually maintenance free and will last for decades.
Once installed, there are no recurring costs.
They operate silently, have no moving parts, do not release offensive smells and do not require you to add any fuel.
More solar panels can easily be added in the future when your family’s needs grow.
well that’s a lot to think about!!

@lylesky. What an excellent succinct and straight to the point comment. I agree with everything you stated.
What really rubs me up the wrong way is how we (the consumer) are given NO choice when it comes to energy usage. There are a plethora of alternative energy sources which have either been pushed under the rug, or they aren’t explored fully which leaves conspiracies theorized to correctly postulate that the reason for such limited options is world power/control by the few who seem to run the whole show. In the meantime renewable energy sources such as geothermal, wind, tidal, solar and many more just get ignored. After all why should the powers that be offer such FREE energy to the masses when they can make a killing by only allowing black gold to flow.
