This is a cool idea. I mean this is hot! What fun you could have when camping, or boating. Pizzas are everyone’s favorite take out meal and snack. Once cooked left overs are the best.

You will possibly find that it’s not precise enough and is calibrated over too high a temperature range. Cooking takes place over a range of 100-250F and a degree of inaccuracy of + or – 10F is not critical. Cooking thermometers will reflect this.

We tried it and it does work but it takes some time though. The sun must be hot to get the best heat. It was kinda cloudy when we tried it.
