Hi,I have been reading all these posts with great interest. I believe that I can use my mind to manipulate certain aspects of reality. When lying in bed at night,if I think hard enough and concentrate on my bed covers I can actually make them cling to me,almost like I am being shrink wrapped in them (the bed cover). They are not just naturally settling down either,I can literally feel the covers pressing down on my skin.
Also,if I concentrate and focus my mind when I am resting in bed I can sort of feel reality slighty altering and It can make the plastic case of my TV start to make ‘creaking sounds’,and the sound always happens just as I start to think about it. I did not believe this was happening when it first happend but I have actually set my phone’s sound recorder and left it running on more than one occasion and the noise is picked up by my phone’s microphone each time. this has happened too many times to be just coincidence.
I do find all this quite disturbing and if anyone could shed any light on why this is happening I would be really grateful.

This community is obviously lacking in both sense and compromise. Sense because nobody has even been able to sustain a reasonable conception of TK, only vague, clearly misinformed sci-fi explanations unworthy of a toddler. Stop the BS!! Don’t pretend to be a scientist if you’re not… don’t even suggest stupid theories if you don’t have a thorough understanding of science, like you were a freaking PhD.

And as for compromise, if you actually want to get somewhere in achieving TK, you’d better approach it systematically and as a team. If you’re not interested in this, then most probably you’re just wasting your time in this blog.

Also, if you think you’re some sort of spiritual guide, sensei or witch or whatever, kindly leave us in peace, we’re not interested in your crap.

One time, not too long ago, before i ever though about telekinesis, i was in class and verry bores. I wasnt thinking of anything, my mind was completely clear and i went to reach for my pen, it wasnt in my pocket, it was floating beside me. My mind was blown. i didnt want to look crazy infront of everybody so i habent told anybody ever since it happened.

ok i have tryied to move an object with my mind but everythime i try it i feel like i am pushing something in my mind but i get no results when i look so how can i break through and actualy push it

@Joey Am not a pro in this but what i have learnd from this is, for some peope they are gifted so taht they need no exercises but for people like us we need to work a little.I suggest u learn meditaion.Am learning now from thsi site (http://www.buddhanet.net/).I got a torrent book of this site when i was dload some meditaion articles.and about moving objects with your mind like you it still dosent works for me but have u ever tried rolling a pen or round bullet pellets placing on your hand?? I have dont that and works when i do it when i place them on my hand and imagine it rolling and it rolls.You should try it.Am still workin on moving objets placed on ground..Still no luck
