See, that is one thing I have never understood. Why the official big news media doesn’t seem to give this subject any serious coverage. They’ll spend 10 minutes talking about a study of grasshoppers or talking about how the world economy is on the verge of collapse or other doom & gloom.

But when it comes to, just like you stated, something that has to be the biggest, most important news ever they seem to just put blinders on.

I’ve often wondered why that is. Due they fear being ridiculed? Have they been told to stay away from these stories? I don’t want to get the whole conspiracy theory thing going. It’s just that it seems like they spend time covering things that are a whole lot more ridiculous and trivial than the news of the planet being visited by beings from another world.

Fortunately, I have noticed in just the past couple of years the local news media has started to occasionally cover UFO sightings such as the sightings in Texas.

Also, thumbs up to the Chinese government for actually taking a different stance from the western world. Instead of immediately denying their sightings or issuing a statement saying it was a weather balloon or swamp gas reflecting off the moon or some other nonsense… they seem to be seriously reviewing the data and talking about it… well at least more than the west.

To be honest I find the Prof a trifle tiresome. A more entertaining bombastic rampage on religion has to be the Flying Spaghetti Monster philosophy – FSM.

Besides, doesn’t the term ‘The Brights’ have Illuminati connotations? Aren’t they just a bunch of marauding bible bashers with rather peculiar handshakes

The persecution of religious folk who lack the power of free thought is all too easy.

Nay, my paintbrush is much larger. I would rather persecute everything and everyone. That way I’m never disappointed.

After all, how many sightings of UFOs have been credited as being ‘real’

Unless they physically land on the Whitehouse lawn, we will never really know the truth.

If I were visiting this planet, I would want to visit and monitor all cultures. To get a better idea of the diversity and cultures of all humanity.

It would then be obvious that it is the primitive cultures which are more advanced in their attitudes and cultures than those of the Western World.

Primitive cultures are more in touch with their surroundings, they beat to the rhythms and heartbeats of Mother Earth and dance in harmony to the needs and wants of their surroundings.

Whereas, Western culture is full of pestilence, greed, power, hate, and frankly being oblivious to anything which does not concern them. Who cares if chickens only cost £1 or my trousers only cost £3 and some 8 year made them. I’m alright Jack.

Westerners are not the best advocates for showing the better side of humanity. We only seem to show war, hatred, control and power.

Roll on Dec 2012, perhaps we will see sense before it’s too late.
